Our third wellbeing session is happening on Wednesday, April 9th from 1-2pm! This session will focus on Self-Esteem, and we’ll explore all things self-esteem, as well as tips and some short exercises to help improve your sense of self.

Activity 1: Everyone has "rules" that they live by and are often unconscious of. These are usually taught to us by our families/teachers/etc growing up. This activity will help bring to awareness what rules you may unintentionally be holding yourself to and how this might be negatively impacting your self worth.

Activity 2: We would like to invite you to keep note of something each day for one week that made you feel good about yourself. This could be anything from supporting a friend, cleaning a kitchen, or taking a walk.
