Our fifth wellbeing session is happening on Wednesday, 15th May from 1-2pm! This session will focus on Self-Care & Habits, and we’ll be covering how to take care of your physical and mental health as well as how to create habits that work for you and your life.

To help you prepare for the session, here are two video resources that cover tips for developing useful habits and a video that goes through the physical and mental benefits of taking care of our bodies through proper sleep, nutrition, and exercise.
