Wellbeing Sessions

Join Us for Free Wellbeing Sessions! 

We’re excited to announce a series of free wellbeing drop-in sessions, starting 13th March and continuing every two weeks. These sessions will provide valuable resources and videos on a variety of wellbeing topics, offering you time to watch, reflect, and engage at your own pace.

Access Videos and Resources: We will update this page each week prior to the upcoming sessions, so be sure to check back for new content and updates!
