"Mindfullness is about being aware of our thinking and our feelings. It's about becoming curious about what's going on in us and around us at any one time. Meditation is setting time to grow in awareness and focussing on sounds, our surroundings or even an object. There is no such thing as bad meditation. Mediatation reduces anxiety, can alleviate depression and lead you to a healthier state of mind and body."

In this 10 session course, David Thomson at AdTherapies will guide you through times of meditation and mindfullness. As he says in his introduction, this course is about repetition. But please don't rush through the series. We recommend taking at least a day between each exercise, taking time to settle in with each audio session.
