Whether you have a busy schedule or want to get serious about getting fit, from quick and easy 7-minute workouts to full-on, ab-destroying sessions, it's all there. The Body Coach
Whether you love him or hate him, Joe Wicks has some really helpful workouts for a variety of people at different stages of fitness. He provides solid alternatives to high-energy exercises and has workouts that last 10 minutes to 40 minutes. He teaches you how to warm up and cool down effectively whilst also walking you through some key mistakes people make when first starting their fitness journey. Check his YouTube Channel out here.

Nike Training Club
With Nike’s training club app you are able to access over 200 free workouts and targeted training programmes, from yoga classes to bodyweight sessions with and without equipment. Classes range from 5 to 50 minutes and can be done in various locations, including the home.
