Kristina, Community Engagement Team Member

Hi, I'm Kristina, and I live in Greenock. I began my journey with an HNC in Early Education and Childcare, followed by a BA in Education and Social Services. Over the years, I’ve accumulated a wealth of experience, ranging from addiction services and unemployment support to working in early years settings. Before joining The Why Not? Trust, I spent three years as an early years practitioner and then moved into nursery management. Currently, I work with a third-sector organisation focusing on rebuilding relationships between parents and children, a role I’ve held for nearly four years. I really enjoy supporting our families to achieve positive outcomes.

In my role at The Why Not? Trust, I’ll be joining the Community Development and Engagement Team to support care-experienced parents in Inverclyde.
