The Why Not? Trust for Care Experienced Young People is a charity set up to support long term connections and relationships between young people with care experience and the people who matter to them, particularly during their transition out of care and beyond. Our vision is to support every care leaver with relationships and a community that will benefit them for their future.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for our data and administration needs, supporting our small team of Coordinators who work with young people from residential and foster care and the trusted adults who keep in contact with them. You will work to drive forward our systems and processes to ensure we are giving our community the best support at all times. As a charity, measuring and evidencing our impact is essential, and you will play a key role in developing and managing these systems, gathering feedback and implementing improvements. By using data analysis we will be able to strengthen our work and approach, supporting the team to build a better understanding of our community, their needs, barriers and how best to empower young people in continuing important relationships as they prepare to move on from care and beyond.
